Jay Pozo is an AI product and engineering consultant based in Bangkok. He builds software with AI, reviews AI-built apps, and sets up AI agents that do real work for companies. What does an AI product consultant do?
I help companies decide where AI fits, then build it with them. That can be a new product, a review of an app AI already built, or agents that take on work your team does by hand.
How much does a review of an AI-built app cost?
A Review starts at USD 4,000 and takes 5–10 business days. You get written findings on security and scale, and a repair plan in priority order.
Why hire you if we can use Cursor or Claude ourselves?
You should use them. The tools are the easy part. The skill is knowing what is worth building and how to check it before it ships.
How long does each engagement take?
Review takes 5–10 business days. Build takes 3–6 weeks. Agent setup takes 2–3 weeks.
Where are you based?
Bangkok. I work with companies anywhere, remotely.
Can you check a developer or agency we already hired?
Yes, at any stage. Before you sign, I send them a due-diligence question set and help with the contract. During and after the build, I review their code and each big release, and tell you the risks.
